Bread omelet
- Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices (Whole grain organic wheat bread)
- Egg - 2
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Green Chilli - 2
- Direction
- Mix egg,salt,pepper,chilli & Coriander leaves.
- On the heated pan Place 4 slices of bread
- Pour the egg mix over the bread
- Flip over to cook

Methi Bath
- Ingredients
- Chopped onion 1/2
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Hot Water
- 1 tomato.
- Salt for taste
- Rice - 2 Cup (Generally basmathi rice is used But i prefer sona masori)
- 3 to 4 garlic,1 inch cinnamon, 3 to 4 cloves, ginger
- Methi leaves - 1 cup tightly packed
- 3 green chilli
- Jeera/cumin seeds -1 tsp
- Fennel seeds/sombu -1 tsp
- Direction
- Ripe the skin of tomatoes by dipping into boiling water
- Rinse rice in water first very well. then soak the rice in enough water with termeric powder for 30 minutes.
- when the rice is soaking chop using mix all methi leaves , ginger, garlic, chilies, cinnamon, cloves, tommota
- heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and saute the cumin seeds, then add thinly sliced onions.
- stir often and saute the onions till they start turning golden.
- then add the crushed pastefrom mixi
- add the soaked rice.
- pour 3 cups water.
- Add salt for taste.
- pressure cook on medium to high flame for 1 whistles. when the pressure settles down on its own, remove the lid. gently fluff the Bath.
