- Mixer/Food Processor
- Peel the bananas and cut into slices.
- Cut your avocado into half and remove the seed. Scoop the flesh out and put into a food processor.
- Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Optionally if need more sweat add Dates Or Honey etc.... (I did not used any)
- Cut apple and Oranges.
- Mix in bowl & if need chill refrigerate.
