Direction
- Clean Horse gram & Soak for 4 hours
- Pressure cook with less fresh water along with Curry leaves and Toor Masala Powder
- Grind with Coconut, Chilli, Coriander and Ginger
- In a pan heat oil add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, pinch of hing, Chana
- Then add Masala from Mixi & Cooked Horse Gram
- Give final mix with chopped coriander, Grated Coconut and Salt.
