Today three events mentioned below draw my attention. Here by presenting my portable Book Recipe (Butter Chicken) for today celebration of three events. The 3 Simple Steps Recipe of Butter Chicken taken from my sister in law (Kavitha).

Ingredients
- Boneless chicken clean with Salt & Turmeric.
- Butter
- Salt
- Cashew nut
- Onion
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Kasturi Methe
- Tomato
- Cream from raw milk
Direction
Three Simple Steps
- Gravy Steps
- To a bowl add below items and boil
- Water
- 4 Tomatoes
- Cashew Nuts
- After cool Down Remove the Top layer of Tomatoes
- In the blender blend Peeled Tomatoes, Kashmiri red chilli powder and Cashew Nuts
- Get Chicken Cooked
- In the Pan add
- 1Tbsp Butter,
- Chicken &
- Salt.
- Wait for water to form & Drain itself on the medium flame heat. Takes 10 to 20 minutes.
- Then Move the Cooked chicken to different bowl and use the same pan to follow step 3.
- Mix Gravy & Chicken Cooked
- In the San Pan of step 2 add
- 1Tbsp Butter,
- Cut Onion
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Gravy From Step 1
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Kasturi Methe
- Chicken from Step2
- Cream from raw milk
- Yummy, Butter Chicken is ready.
