- Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt for taste
- 2 chilies
- Coconut
- Cumin seeds
- Mustard (pinch)
- coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Garlic
- Red and yellow onion, chopped
- Tamarind juice
- Sambar powder
- Direction
- Heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds, Mustard,garlic and onion.
- Then add cocunut.
- Add tamarind juice, sambar powder and salt (as per taste) with water and stir well.
- Mix it very well. Add cook properly
- Garish with coriander leaves
- After palya is ready serve with chapathi.
